This is part of a monthly seminar series taking place at the Aquatic Center. All are welcome! $5.00 for members, $7.00 for non-members. This class will be a 2-for-1 holiday special - in addition to the seminar, all are welcome to meet at the Alberta Drive Wegmans on Saturday, December 17, at 12:00pm to put their newfound knowledge to the test. We will visit these troublesome departments and get a firsthand look at ingredients to reach for and steer clear of. All who are interested should meet in the lobby.
