Does anyone know about eligibility rules for children with
developmental delays for medicaid? It was recently suggested that
we look into this, even though we have no diagnosis other than
general developmental delays.

If u r looking for general "reg" medicaid ("downtown") for reg
health coverage than it truly goes by fam income but diff brackets
compared to general listing. If u r looking for things like: Early
intervention for therapies for kids less than 3 yrs old, by
evaluation & have to call county ( I cant find ph# I had but
will post when I do), medicaid service Coordinators come from many
diff comps like EI therapists & usually r referred by school
dists. If u have therapists ask them to get ph #s from the comp
they work for or else call ur sch dist & ask for spec ed
director or SW to get info. I have ph#s from all agencies/ppl we
use I could give but I dont want to lobby for 1 comp over another
bc so many diff options. Fell free to PM if any qs.
