Very first job -- delivering Newspapers. During high school I
worked on farms (laborer) during the summers. My first 'real' job
lasted for 4 years (Air Force). I stayed at my next job for 32+
years. I'm now 'working' at my favorite job - (NO job - retired).

Cashier at Jubilee in Medina. I started the summer before my senior
year in high school and stayed only for a couple of months as
working and playing sports year round didn't work out too well.

I did a lot of babysitting through Jr. High and High School, and I
worked at a camera store when I was in high school. I think I
lasted close to two years before I got fed up with the owner's
unethical business practices.
My first REAL job (on the books, paying taxes) was with Camp
A.N.C.H.O.R. at Lido Beach. (Answering the Needs of Citizens with
Handicaps through Organized Recreation) I worked mostly with kids
and young adults who were deaf and/or autistic and I was there
year-round for over 4 years. LOVED IT!!!

Let's see I did babysitting and delivered the Pennysaver. One of
the babysitting jobs eventually landed me a part-time secretarial
job in a law firm.

I did babysitting and a paper route. My first "real" job was a
receptionist at a nursing home. I worked there for 16 years (until
the company was sold and most of the staff was let go) and worked
my way up to the corporate treasurer.

I disagree! You are far from poor. You are a lovely young lady
with a great personality. You obviously have a loving family. You
do wonders with special needs kids. And you have so many friends
(I hope I'm included). You may think you are $$ poor but you are
truly rich!!
