Gave up Diet Pepsi! It's hasn't been as hard as I thought it would be. My sister even bought a 2 liter for dinner last Friday just for me and I didn't give into the temptation!

I vowed to give up raising my voice. That has proven challenging. I also added some more prayer and meditation into my routine. Since Lent began on the eve of Valentine's Day, I made up a list of great quotes about love and I meditate on them every day.
