So my baby is 7 1/2 mths old and all this week she has been very weird with her bottles, she will drink all of her morning bottle, then throughout the day it's like she just wants a few ounces out of all her bottles, so then with her later morning bottle, lunch bottle and dinner bottle if she doesn't finish ten I will make a few ounces with cereal and she will eat all the cereal I make her and have some fruit too, so I'm not concerned if shes getting food or not, I just don't get why she doesn't want her formula all the sudden??? She hasn't popped a tooth yet but I know it's coming and her naps the past two days have actually been longer then normal so maybe just teeth and a growth spurt?? Is it ok that she's not taking all of her bottles? I don't recall with the boys at this age lol, I remember them liking the bottles over the food.

I think that's pretty typical once babies start eating to take less bottles. My baby (who will be one in exactly one week! Eek!) really decreased the amount of formula she was taking pretty abruptly once she started eating food. As long as they are satisfied and still getting plenty of nutrition from other sources, I think she is fine.

I'd bet teething. My 8 month old refused bottles with every tooth!
