This cake is so simple and fun to do! Just bake 2 rounds of your favorite cake recipe. Use one cake as the face, and slice the other to create 2 ears and a bowtie! Decorate with your favorite spring candies.

For mine, I piped colored icing to detail the bowtie, and I used spring-colored Twizzler Pull N Peels for the ear outlines, whiskers, and mouth, and a candy jelly heart for the nose. For the eyes, I sliced off the heads of chocolate flavored Marshmallow Peeps and place a black jelly bean in the center of each one. Some people also choose to cover the cake in shredded coconut, for the bunny's "fur". Happy Baking!
